As I look at my journey for the last ten years, all I realize is, that I have come a long way and I have a long way to go. I find myself chasing constantly moving targets as my benchmarks have always been shifting north. In Wardha, I focused on Teacher's Training. When I was chosen by Bhavan's management as a principal of their underperforming school in a small city of Gujarat, my goal was to raise the standard of the school to "best in the city", in five years. I could achieve it.
