Adrian Hayes is a British record-breaking adventurer, leadership expert, author, and keynote speaker known for his extraordinary expeditions and deep expertise in high-performance leadership. A former British Army Gurkha officer and Special Forces member, Adrian has climbed Everest and K2, trekked to both the North and South Poles, and completed major expeditions across Greenland and the Arabian Desert, earning two Guinness World Records.
Before becoming a global speaker and coach, Adrian served as Regional Sales Director for Airbus in the Middle East and West Asia, giving him extensive corporate leadership experience. For nearly two decades, he has worked with boards, CEOs, and leadership teams worldwide as a consultant, executive coach, and mentor, helping organizations build high-performance cultures.
