Throughout her career, she held various senior positions within Fortune 500 organisations and leading retail businesses across the Middle East, where she delivered a synchronized end-to-end supply chain approach through strategic models mirroring the set businesses’ plans, to optimize ROI and manage risks. Elqobai designed and managed seamless supply chain processes for industrial manufacturing operations. She developed online and offline supply chains for key retail and automotive businesses in the region and beyond, including Carrefour, General Mills, Legrand, Chalhoub, Majid Al Futtaim, Toyota, Ford, and others. Leveraging her network design experience, Elqobai has contributed to building and moving multiple warehouses in the UAE, Sudan, Iraq, the US, and Europe.
